By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Combat Sports Analysis is a performance-tracking and sports-analysis application primarily designed for individuals participating in combat sports, martial arts, training, conditioning, and related physical activities.

Depending on the features available at the time, the Service may include:
• Workout and training logs
• Performance questionnaires
• Performance ratings and scores
• Statistics, charts, and graphs
• Performance trends and comparisons
• Sparring and training information
• Training goals
• Video and image uploads
• Training and performance analysis
• Injury-related information
• Nutrition and fitness information
• Other performance-tracking and analytical features.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

Combat Sports Analysis is a sports-performance and information platform and is not a medical service or healthcare provider.
Any information relating to injuries, pain, fatigue, recovery, physical condition, nutrition, training readiness, or similar matters is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained within the Service constitutes:
• Medical advice
• A medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment
• A professional healthcare recommendation
• A determination that you are medically fit to train, spar, compete, or participate in physical activity.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any injury, medical condition, unusual symptom, or concern regarding your ability to safely participate in training or competition.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or seek immediate medical assistance.

Combat sports, martial arts, sparring, competition, strength training, conditioning, and other physical activities involve inherent and potentially serious risks.

These risks may include, without limitation:
• Cuts and bruises
• Sprains and strains
• Fractures
• Joint injuries
• Concussions
• Traumatic brain injuries
• Spinal injuries
• Permanent disability
• Paralysis
• Death.

Combat Sports Tech does not supervise your training and does not determine whether any exercise, technique, training session, sparring activity, training partner, opponent, competition, facility, equipment, or training environment is safe or appropriate for you.
You are solely responsible for your decisions regarding physical activity, training, sparring, competition, protective equipment, coaching, supervision, and medical clearance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with your participation in combat sports, martial arts, exercise, and physical training.

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Protecting access to your account
• Ensuring the information associated with your account remains accurate
• All activity occurring through your account.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
You may not knowingly permit another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

The Service relies substantially on information entered, uploaded, or otherwise provided by users.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information you provide, including:
• Workout and training information
• Performance ratings
• Questionnaire responses
• Sparring information
• Injury-related information
• Training goals
• Videos and images
• Other information submitted through the Service.

Any statistics, reports, recommendations, or analyses generated by the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading if the information provided by you is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect.

The Service may generate scores, ratings, averages, trends, statistics, graphs, comparisons, reports, and other analytical outputs based on information associated with your account.
These outputs are intended to help you organize and understand information you have recorded.

You acknowledge that such outputs are not guaranteed to accurately represent your:
• Athletic ability
• Fighting ability
• Physical condition
• Fitness level
• Health
• Competition readiness
• Future performance.

You should not rely solely on information generated by the Service when making decisions regarding training, competition, medical care, or physical activity.

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, transmit, or otherwise provide videos, images, notes, training records, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of User Content that you own.
By uploading User Content, you grant Combat Sports Tech a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and technically modify such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Combat Sports Tech.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to upload and use your User Content through the Service.

Training and sparring videos may contain training partners, coaches, competitors, spectators, or other individuals.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent, permission, release, or other legal authorization required to record, upload, store, or share content containing another person.

You must not upload or use content in connection with the Service in a manner that violates another person's:
• Privacy rights
• Intellectual-property rights
• Publicity rights
• Confidentiality rights
• Other legal rights.

Combat Sports Tech does not routinely review uploaded training videos. However, uploaded content may be accessed or processed by personnel, contractors, or technical service providers where reasonably necessary for technical operations, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Service and its users.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider, depending on the method through which you purchase the Service.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription price, taxes, and other disclosed charges.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue the subscription.
Deleting or uninstalling the mobile application does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments already made are non-refundable.

Subscription prices may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before a price change takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method provided by the applicable payment platform or subscription provider.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in an immediate refund.
Unless otherwise required by law, you may continue to access paid features through the remainder of the subscription period for which you have already paid.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or information associated with your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:
1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person.
3. Upload content you do not have the legal right or authorization to use
4. Infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
5. Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
6. Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
7. Interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the Service
8. Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
9. Impersonate another person or entity
10. Use another person's account without authorization
11. Use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity
12. Otherwise misuse the Service in a manner that could materially harm Combat Sports Tech, the Service, another user, or any third party.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are owned by or licensed to Combat Sports Tech LLC.

This includes, without limitation:
• Software and source code
• Application designs
• User interfaces
• Graphics
• Text
• Databases
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Branding
• Documentation
• Other proprietary materials.

Your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Combat Sports Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for services such as:
• Payment processing
• Cloud hosting
• Data storage
• Analytics
• Authentication
• Push notifications
• Security
• Infrastructure
• Other technical services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and practices.
Combat Sports Tech is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or availability of third-party service providers, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

We strive to maintain a reliable and secure Service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Availability may be affected by:
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Application updates
• Internet connectivity
• Device compatibility
• Third-party service outages
• Infrastructure failures
• Security incidents
• Software defects
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Service where reasonably necessary.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including where we believe you have:
• Materially violated these Terms
• Failed to make required payments
• Engaged in fraudulent activity
• Created a security risk
• Engaged in unlawful activity
• Seriously or repeatedly misused the Service.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking such action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Combat Sports Tech does not warrant that:
• The Service will always be available
• The Service will be uninterrupted
• The Service will be completely secure
• The Service will be error-free
• Data or content will always be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet every user's particular requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer warranties, statutory rights, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Combat Sports Tech LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Combat Sports Tech is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from a user's decision to participate in combat sports, martial arts, exercise, sparring, competition, or other physical activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Combat Sports Tech LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:

• Your unlawful use of the Service
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of another person's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business practices, technology, or applicable laws and regulations.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before material changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable policies or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Combat Sports Tech concerning your use of the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter, to the extent permitted by law.
